Rat Race - Instructions on How-To-Play

You're a telekinetic lab rat on the run after escaping from your cage.

Run as far as you can!

MAIN MENU

- Use mouse to select the desired difficulty

- Use mouse to view the game guide, controls and options

GAME

- Move with WASD or arrow keys

W (up arrow): Move forward

S (down arrow): Move backward

A (left arrow): Turn left

D (right arrow): Turn right

- Jump with Space

- Fly with Shift

- Shoot with Z

- Pause with Escape

Gameplay:

- The more time passes, the faster you move

- Collect as many points (coins) as possible while dodging obstacles

Permanent Upgrades:

1. Stronger ball (Damage taken x0.5)

2. Binoculars (Increase FOV +5)

3. Guns (Shooting ability/Destroy animal obstacles with bullets)

Power-Ups:

1. Cheese (Fly)

2. Cherries (Invincibility)

3. Shrink Serum (Shrinks player)

4. Hourglass (Coins worth x2 points)

5. Bomb (Disable one type of obstacle)

Obstacles: All obstacles do the same amount of damage

1. Electrical/open wires

2. Poison

3. Needles

4. Monkeys

5. Snakes
